LRS&C is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA), founded in 1896 by a small group of local fire agents. The nation's oldest and largest independent agent association, it represents 300,000 agents and their employees — more than half of all the independent insurance agencies in the country.
		LRS&C is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia (IIAV), which, since 1898, has enjoyed a reputation as Virginia's largest and most active insurance trade organization. Members receive legislative and technical information, sales training programs, employee evaluation services, exposure to the latest products, trends, news and information, and professional continuing education programs.

		LRS&C partners with Alexander Randolph, located in Tysons Corner, Virginia, to provide a full array of financial services. Founded in 1991, Alexander Randolph provides tailored employee benefits, business and money management products and systems. From health insurance plans to flexible spending accounts administration, Alexander Randolph has the employee benefits knowledge and tools to help businesses succeed.
		LRS&C works with L. E. Harris Agency, Inc. located in Langley Park, Maryland, to provide such specialty policies as Directors and Officers coverage and miscellaneous professional liability coverages for businesses and associations. L.E. Harris was founded in 1922, and following World War II it developed into a specialty broker's market. Today, the agency operates as a broker's broker representing approximately 50 specialty companies.
		LRS&C teams with Professional Risk Associates (PRA) to offer malpractice insurance solutions for healthcare professionals. Established in 1989, PRA presently serves the medical professional liability insurance needs of over 4,000 physicians and healthcare providers in the mid-Atlantic region.
